Beinecke Library

Tunnels Cards were popular from the late 18th to mid-19th centuries. By peeping through the viewing hole, people were given a virtual sense of being in foreign cities and at special events.

This peepshow lets the viewer get a sense of being at the Beinecke Library and seeing some of its treasures.
